The Solution to the Judeo-Christian-Islamic Conflicts Is to Invoke the Name of their Common Ascendant, Abraham

The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. (2) Abraham was the father of Isaac, and Isaac the father of Jacob, and Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers . . . Matthew 1:1-2

On the ninth anniversary of the bombing of New York’s World Trade Center, the Pentagon and the crash of would-be White House bombers in Pennsylvania, Planet Earth is still wracked by bloody feuds of followers of three faiths that all trace their lineage to Abraham.

Would it not be logical for the three religions to form a “working merger” under a New House of Abraham?

The Almighty God or Yahwee and/or Allah had been used in history as a tool to exact vengeance on other people. Perhaps the Lord Almighty must now be used a vehicle for peace, as the leaders of the three religions navigate together a roadmap for justice, law, order and prosperity.

Perhaps the terrorists that devastated symbols of the United States on Sept. 11, 2001, should not be considered human beings, much more members of the Islamic faith. They were animals that killed even fellow believers of the Islam faith.

B urning religious books – from the Torah, the Bible and/or the Quran – will not solve the present dangers that face mankind. Whether the dangers come in form of natural disasters, man-made crisis like the mortgage meltdown, violence, wars and the supreme calamity that is known otherwise as Global Warming (Climate Change), the leaders of the various religions must tell their followers that life is too short and Mother Earth is in peril.

Prayers alone will not solve the problems of humanity. But praying together in neutral sites will probably lift the hopes and joys of human beings all over the world. # # #
