It can be argued that the AOL poll, while admittedly is not scientific, has more participants than the surveys being done by the Gallup Poll, CNN, Los Angeles Times, the New York Times and other national newspapers. The other polls rely mainly on a couple of thousands of individuals, maximum. Incidentally, today the Gallup Poll shows Senator McCain trailing Mr. Obama by only two percentage points, which is in the margin of error. # # #
