CURRENTS & BREAKING NEWS: La Jolla & Sitges: The Twin Jewels of the Oceans

La Jolla and Sitges are resort towns half a world from each other. Yet their resemblance is striking. That I found out during a visit to Sitges in Barcelona last week. I can only compare because I've lived in San Diego, California for 18 years, some in La Jolla.
