T he “Faith on the Move: Toward a Theology of Migration in Asia” will be presented in a discussion on migration Wednesday, February 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m., Loyola School of Theology, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. The event is sponsored by the LST, the Scalabrini Migration Center and the CBCP-Episcopal Commission for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People. The “Faith on the Move” is a pioneering anthology under the Theology-and-Religious Studies series of the Ateneo Press. Fabio Baggio and Agnes Brazal edited it. The contributors, scholar-theologians from various lay and religious groups or academic institutions are Lou Aldrich, SJ, Victorino Cueto, CSsR, Emmanuel S. de Guzman, James Kroeger, MM, Anselm Min, William LaRousse, MM, Felipe Muncada, SVD, Anthony Rogers, FSC, and Giovanni Zevola, OMI. Bishop Chito Tagle of Cavite adds that the book "will disturb our consciences . . . in order to reawaken a faith that can move mountains, the same faith that impels and sustains migrants in their pilgrimage."
