Photo shows Dr. Jose P. Laurel, the President of "the puppet government" of the Philippines, Benigno Aquino, Sr., Speaker of the House, and Jose P. Laurel III, are being questioned by S/Sgt. Van Millori, "a Filipino in the U.S. Army," at Osaka airport prior to being taken into custody by U.S. troops in Osaka, Japan, in August 1945. Jose B.Laurel III was a military aide to his father and conscripted in the Japanese Imperial Army during World War II.
