Here in Seattle is also Asian cuisine galore. My favorite Chinese restaurant is Hong's. The family who owns it, though Cantonese/Chinese, came from the Philippines. They used to own restaurants in Ongpin. So the food that they serve here is Lasang Pinoy sa sarap. There's also a Japanese restaurant in a town next to ours. All you can eat sushi, fresh oysters, sea weeds, even salmon eyes, the whole works ...

O sige na, pare, talking about food makes me hungry. Take care.
