T he Toronto Police Service has named another Filipino, Constable Renato Valdez, to replace newly-promoted Sgt. Philip Mendoza as community-liaison officer at its Community Mobilization Unit.

 

Constable Valdez promises to reach out to the community and to find out the problems and concerns. Here's my brief interview.
