"Tahanan" translates to home in English. That's the name of the newest magazine launched this week in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It dares to be different from the usual entertainment-laden Filipino publications.

 

I got the chance to meet and interview the publisher and staff writer at a press function at Toronto City Hall last night. Here's the first of a two-part news video interview.
