N ow it can be told. Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper now has a majority government. Toronto has shredded the red (Liberal Party) and donned the blue (Conservative Party), a feat many political pundits attribute to His Loyal Highness, Immigration Minister Jason Kenney, Canada's undisputed and publicly-acclaimed "King of Multiculturalism".
