Glen Murray, a Member of Provincial Parliament, Arrives Inappropriately Dressed at Filipino Centre Toronto's Ribbon-Cutting Event

P hilippine Consul General Pedro Chan was all dressed up, being one of the honored guests at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Filipiniana Library at Filipino Centre Toronto. The other guest, Glen Murray, MPP (Member of Provincial Parliament) came like he was just off a walking exercise, in loose shirt and rubber shoes. The two officiated at the brief ceremony.
